Xeno-Free Cultivation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells From the Corneal StromaXeno-Free Cultivation of MSCs From the Corneal Stroma. Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science, 58(5), 2659-2665. Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) (Gibco, Life Technologies Corporation, Grand Island, NY, USA) was supplemented with 1 µg/mL amphotericin ß (Gibco, Life Technologies Corporation) and 10 µg/mL gentamicin (Gibco, Life Technologies Corporation) and used as basal medium in all experiments. The culture medium was completed with either fetal bovine serum (FBS) (Life Technologies Corporation), XerumFree (XF) (TNC Bio BV, Eindhoven, The Netherlands), human AB serum (HAB) (Life Technologies Corporation), or stemulate human platelet lysate (HPL) (Cook Medical, Bloomington, IN, USA). http://iovs.arvojournals.org/article.aspx?articleid=2628663 |
